Senator Davis, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 239 "An Act                                                                        
relating to the practice of dentistry and to dental assistants" for the                                                         
Health, Education and Social Services Committee meeting on
